Meet the First-Ever Miss PDRA, Jessica Clemons

PITTSBORO, N.C. March 12, 2015: Small town country girl turned model and soon-to-be TV star, Jessica Clemons, has been named the first-ever Miss PDRA. Born and raised in Alabama, Jessica loves the country life and all that goes with it. She was raised on the sports of hunting and stock car racing, and has combined those with her beauty and poise to develop an impressive modeling career with organizations such as NASCAR and Realtree. Now, Jessica brings her years of experience and racing passion to the Professional Drag Racers Association.

“I’m excited to bring a fresh new look and upbeat attitude to this growing racing series. I have a vast knowledge of drag racing and stock car racing, and hope our fans will see my passion and excitement,” Jessica said of joining the PDRA family. “I helped build the race car and worked for a dirt track team, so I have first-hand knowledge of how much work goes into building a race car. Racing has always been a passion of mine.

“I’m looking forward to the experience and travel opportunities with the PDRA. It will be exciting to meet the drivers and, most importantly, the fans. I will enjoy making appearances on behalf of the PDRA and helping to build our fan base.”

Jessica, who currently resides in Hokes Bluff, AL has been modeling since she was just 14 years old. Her career will take another leap with the filming of a new CMT reality show. Small Town Big Love is set to air on CMT and will feature Jessica and others enjoying the perks of small town living.

“It will be filmed this Saturday and be aired on CMT this Fall. The show will chronicle my life in a small town, featuring what we do for fun, like -- mud bogging, hunting, picnics, and bonfires,” Jessica explained.

“I love the outdoors and nature so most of my time is spent camping, horseback riding, hunting, watching races on Sunday, riding four-wheelers and fishing. I must confess that I’m a bit of a tomboy. I also love going on hikes with my white lab, Cheyenne, and rock climbing to stay in shape.”

This southern belle will be at the Texas Nationals, March 19-21 to help the PDRA kick off their 2015 season. Stop by to meet her there or at any of the 10 events along the PDRA tour.
